A Skills for Life Task group requires pilot companies to act as Learning Advocates in the workplace, who are willing to promote enhanced employee skills in Maths, English and IT. We are particularly interested in talking to recruitment and training companies who may wish to utilise the pre – assessment tools as part of their recruitment and selection process or as a means of conducting training needs analysis. Participating businesses will be able to access support for their own employees, free of charge.
