Businessmen and women who want to work collectively with others either on a strategic or operational level have the opportunity to do so.  Business Brokerage will provide the means to support representatives that have limited experience of regeneration issues.

The project provides a dedicated resource that enables private sector representatives to work with statutory, voluntary and public sector organisations on initiatives that contribute to the development of the Borough. 

The Broker will...

• Provide ongoing one to one support as and when required throughout the term of involvement.
• Ensure that business representatives and businesses engage in areas of interest.
• Signpost to organisations that provide additional support and add value to the business
• Promote and profile businesses that contribute to the improvement of Rotherham
• Act as a problem solver when required.
• Be a central point of information.

A menu of opportunities identifies examples of regeneration activity that a business can engage in. Businesses can choose:

• What work you want to support
• Which organisations you want to work with
• The type of support that you want to give
