The Government’s external assessment which accredits Local Strategic Partnerships includes two parts: A review of delivery and a review of partnership working

The Rotherham Partnership is the accredited Local Strategic Partnership for Rotherham.

The review of partnership working is essentially the process focused part of our Improvement Framework focused on the process and outputs which will support the delivery of our Community Strategy and Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy.

A cross-theme action plan is produced annually by the Rotherham Partnership Office, in consultation with partnerships and partners, to identify the action required to develop partnership working or address barriers to performance that relate to partnership working challenges.

The action plan is developed across the Government’s national criteria used for reviewing development and effectiveness. These six criteria are: (1.) strategic; (2.) inclusive; (3.) action-focused; (4.) performance managed; (5.) efficient; and (6.) learning and developmental.
